Quintin serves as an internal consultant to analyze and resolve the specific issues that challenge organizations in the pursuit of a high performance workforce. His expertise is utilized to assist with development and implementation of customized retention and revenue expansion systems through human capital enhancement
Scott Hamilton leads our research and development team. He oversees all aspects of assessment development while supervising his team and the consultants responsible for assessment design and development. Scott coordinates the development of new products as well as continually further refining the effectiveness of our current line of assessment products.
Having been president of four nationwide service firms, Appel has over 35 years of management and leadership experience. John serves as an internal consultant to assist with business strategy and assessment application. He has served as President and CEO of Honkamp Krueger Financial Services, Inc., a regional registered investment advisor firm and was also President of General Business Services (GBS) and E.K. Williams & Company (EKW). Both of these firms offer accounting and related business services to niche market business owners in 500 offices throughout the US and Canada.
John brings valuable expertise and experience to Mind the Gap with his Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Consulting experience. As our Corporate Partner, John assists with client strategy and assessment positioning to ensure our clients best identify, develop and deploy their leadership talent. His ability to identify the business context of an organization and apply creative thought to desired business results enables him to craft practical and realistic solutions that can be implemented from the C-Suite to the front line.
John served on the faculty at the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he also earned both Bachelor and Master degrees. He has held senior positions with Fortune 100 and 500 companies, shouldering full responsibility for organizational and employee development. He has also served as President and CEO for a United States based consulting firm.
