This program utilizes the I-Speak Survey™ to enable participants to understand their communication style as well as styles of others. Using this knowledge, participants will learn to communicate messages more effectively with all levels of employees and leadership.
Negotiation Strategies & Tactics
Participants will be introduced to effective influencing, persuasion and negotiation techniques and concepts including how to reconcile interests, not positions, golden bridge, reframing, and BATNA. They will learn about and practice stating opinions and using influencing techniques, helping them focus on protecting relationships as well as their credibility.
Crafting Effective Messages
Participants will be introduced to a model to craft an effective message, incorporating the effective use of I-Messages and listening tools and techniques. Role plays and skills practices will provide ample opportunity to gain confidence using the messaging model.
Creating a Coaching Culture
This program introduces eleven coaching competencies to managers and teaches the ASSESS-COACH-SUCCEED™ coaching process. Participants will practice listening strategies and questioning techniques within the model framework.
