Improving Employee Engagement
The foundation of each workshop begins with each organization’s engagement data from our Workplace Engagement Survey. This survey measures the degree to which the employees connect with their work and feel committed to their organization and its goals. Managers will learn what influences engagement across all of their workforce segments, how your employees compare statistically to the overall working population, and how to improve your employee engagement.
Resolving Conflict in the Workplace
This program utilizes an assessment to identify an individual’s conflict style: collaborating, competing, avoiding, harmonizing, or compromising. Using this knowledge, participants will learn and practice techniques to resolve conflict and reduce controversy.
Enhancing Team Dynamics
Utilizes Profiles Performance Indicator Assessment (DISC-type assessment) to identify behavioral indicators in six critical job-related components: Productivity, Quality of Work, Initiative, Teamwork, Problem Solving, and Adapting to Change. Participants learn how they respond to job-related stress, frustration and conflict, and are given tools to address situations more effectively. Motivators are introduced based on behavioral tendencies and motivational style uncovered through this assessment tool.
